  I think it’s important to differentiate between someone who’s simply hating for the hell of it and someone who genuinely dislikes you or something about you for valid reasons. To do that you really just need to be able to take a step back and be honest with yourself about whatever you’re being judged on. If there’s something valid about their claims then it’s an opportunity for improvement. If not then don’t worry about it and just keep doing what you’ve been doing.
